I recently took up golf. I only have a couple games under my belt and I've been using my Adidas running shoes on the course. I want to invest a lot of time into the game and I felt I needed golf shoes. I've been told by my friends that spikes are somewhat discouraged around here and to look into spikeless golf shoes. I am a huge Adidas fan (I have clothing, running shoes, snowboarding boots, hiking shoes, etc), so it was only natural I looked to Adidas golf shoes. Looking at past reviews and current lineups, these shoes normally retail for over 120$. Amazon had them for under 60$. I'm not 100% sure why, as these Codechaos 21s are only 1 year old, so I jumped at the opportunity. These shoes are comfortable. They have good grip overall. I've read other reviewers say that they are just stylish Adidas hiking boots to match golf clothing, but I disagree. I have Adidas Terrex that I recently took to Pikes Peak in Colorado and those shoes have insane grip. But you can't use hiking shoes on the course, so these will do. While I haven't used them on dewy grass or experienced light rain or sprinklers in these shoes, I do agree with other reviewers that they aren't waterproof and can actually get your socks wet. The top part of the shoe is cloth, so water will leak through. I performed a quick home test with a spray bottle and confirmed this. Why would I do that you ask? Well because I had a Neverwet spray kit and I wanted to use it on these shoes. So now, my shoes are waterproof for the time being! I will say the shoes are just a tad too big compared to my running shoes (Ultraboost, Solarboost, Response Supers) but I'm not going to send them back. I did want to mention that the shoes come in a generic Amazon box. I did read other reviewers states the same. Maybe that's how they are so cheap. I know 90% of the shoppers out there toss their shoe boxes, but I keep mine. So I'm kinda disappointed I don't have an Adidas shoe box. From what I can tell though, they are legit Adidas shoes. Overall, you can't beat the shoe for the price I paid. How long they'll last, only time will tell.

These shoes are super comfy, took a little bit to break in, but once they were broken in completely they felt great. The grip is awesome, I have even worn them to go to the park with the kids where I knew I would playing in the grass. Overall, I have enjoyed them and they are very durable and comfy.

These golf shoes were specially priced on Amazon for 35 dollars. They are true-to-size and fairly comfortable. They are not light weight like Foot Joys, but not overly heavy either. The treads are robust and I don't see them wearing out any time soon. These are not street walking due to the treads. Great value for golf shoes at the price I paid

These are pretty good golf shoes. Grip is fine. I'd have rated 5 stats but they gave me a blister on the back of my ankle due to a little rubbing during my round (walked w/push cart). Overall comfortable and I like the looks enough. The price was an absolute steal when I purchased ($50 bucks on a closeout). I would buy again for sure... but not sure I would at full boat. I'd prly go with a more traditional shoe.
