My left hamstring had been chronically tight over the past few months despite constant stretching and regularly rolling it out on a lacrosse ball. Thankfully, the Aculever was able to give me lasting relief since it was able to go deep into the muscle. I wouldn't have know how to use it properly without watching the instructional videos so definitely watch them!!! They teach you the fundamentals behind how the product works so you can apply the mechanics to any problem area. I also love using it on my neck, shoulders, and traps. No other product (and I've tried about a half dozen including Theragun) are able to go as deep into the tissue as I need, except for Aculever. That said, this tool is not for overly sensitive individuals. You will feel some pressure where the “fins” are making contact with your muscles; but the lasting relief is easily worth it!!

This tool cuts deeper than you would think. You wonder if the discomfort you are feeling when using the tool is going to help, but you stand up feeling really open and way more symmetric. It is a bit of a challenge to get the hang of where to place the tool the first couple of times, but the videos are very helpful. It looks like that the routine that goes with tool is claiming to completely liberate your hips and low back. So far after doing the first two treatments of the six I feel way better.

This tool helps relieve so much pain. It is very durable and has many functions including psoas, back and legs. The videos help a lot in learning how to use this tool.

After just a few days of use, I noticed increases in my range of motion in stretches, especially in forward bending. I would have given it 5 stars, but, it goes so deep in some positions that it feels almost too strong.

I bought one for my Mom who uses it on her low back. She had a serious car accident a couple of years ago, and not much helping. Only really strong, deep tissue massage. But that is really hard to find. She says it has really helped her low back pain, especially using it on her psoas muscles which was new to her. It took a little set up to figure it out, but the instruction videos are pretty clear. She says it hurts good.

This is the best massage tool I have ever used. It goes real deep, to that point where it is pretty uncomfortable but you know it is working. If it didn't go that deep, it wouldn't work. The crazy thing is how the blades work together to open up your muscles. The instructions for use on the website are very clear and easy to follow. I actually learned about the muscular structure of my body by watching the videos. More than anything, it seems that there is a coherent strategy for using the tools. My lower back and hips are grateful.

I have had ongoing back and hip issues. This has been more helpful in reducing the pain than the injections doctors have given me. It focuses on the problem, not the symptoms. I’ve found the two most important things with this device. One, you have to actually use it! Two, you need to use it properly. The videos are key to correctly position it to get the most from it. I highly recommend this! I believe almost anyone who has back pain can benefit from work on their psoas using this tool.
