I was impressed with the overall hardiness of the Mask. I like that it has clear lenses, but it does not accommodate people that wear glasses. I suppose I could cut away some of the foam padding work it presses up against your glasses but then that would detract from its protection from The Mask hitting you in the face if you take a solid hit. There were absolutely no instructions on how to assemble it. There are a set of chords with buckles on it that I have no idea what they go to and the headband is different must go a certain way but there's no explanation as to which way it goes. I looked at online pictures to see how they were set up and copied it. It would have been nice to just have instructions. And there was no pictures of what the other set of chords does. They're also two balaclava neck/face covers stitched into the hood. Not sure what those are for either. I can understand one but why are they double layered. Overall it's very solid and very much worth the price just provide some instructions to assemble. ... show more

Attaching the straps the first time was challenging, and sizing them correctly also took a lot of work. The straps can fall off when putting the mask on, which is frustrating, though once the mask is on they are secure. The mask appears to be high quality, but the straps leave a bit to be desired and I was afraid I would break them. The mask itself will easily stop an air soft bb, it is thick and we'll made. The ventilation holes did a pretty good job of preventing fog, but not completely. Both the mask and the hood have a strong chemical smell, so let everything air out for a while. ... show more

Picked this mask up strictly for cosplay/Halloween use. The black camo design looks cool as heck. Definitely going to be scaring some unsuspecting kids this Halloween. Straps are a little tricky to attach to the mask but work well once you get them on. Fit is ok for the most part, mask could be slightly longer in chin area depending on the shape of your head/face. When I put this on, it was the first time my kids ever thought I was cool. I love playing COD, and it gave me Ghost vibes, so that was pretty cool. I like the hood it is actually quite durable, and the mask is easy to wear and put on. The only issue I had was the stretchy material on the hood that can be pulled over your face only stretches to a certain point, so I popped a stitch on it, but it still functions perfectly fine and looks great. I haven't worn this out, but I wear it inside when I play COD and get first place and I feel pretty cool in it. ... show more

I'm not much into airsoft, but I have been caught up in the gel blaster craze. Ever since buying blasters for my kids and nephews, we've been blasting away every time we get together. Can't wait to surprise them with this mask next time I show up! It's big enough for an adult, has great visibility, an AWESOMELY intimidating look, and is surprisingly comfortable. The important thing for me is just to keep their errant shots out of my eyes, but it's a bonus that this mask is super intimidating in person.
