The slide is good for the 5 and 8 yr olds, they have no use for the ball pit, wish the bouncy part was larger, they crash into each other trying to use it. the hoop and bullseye games are lame for an 8 yr old.

If I could give it zero stars I would, so one it is. I purchased this March 2024, it is August and a giant hole occurred while my child was exiting the house. She fell right through the hole into the ground. I reached out to customer service for action air, I showed them the photo and pretty much was met with that they could not help me. If you plan to use the product only at night or maybe once a week, sure buy it. It is not for everyday use. I live in Florida and customer service said not to leave it in the sun, which is impossible unless you plan to only jump at night. I reached out to them in hope for help but all I got was a sorry not sorry. Poor customer service and upset toddler. Please find another company and product, save yourself the money, don’t be me. ... show more

Company says to message them directly. Sent 3 emails and am in contact with the companies department. Emails had zero response, the message line doesn’t understand that the blower doesn’t work and they want pictures of the tear in the bouncy house “which doesn’t exist”. I’m out over $400 because the customer service is horrible. Blower shuts off while kids are playing and it deflates quickly, following that it just won’t turn on at all.
