I wanted to replace the nails that fell off from the nail shop and also stop paying the nail salon price!!! This kit is good for the price. I did one complete nail has my tester. Other reviews mention awful smell but it smells just like when you go to the nail salon (so I’m unsure what that’s about). Just crack a window when you do them and run a fan. Smell isn’t that bothersome (and if it is maybe you shouldn’t be using acrylics or doing your nails because all the products have a smell to them). The bottles are smaller than pictures but that’s fine for the price! The circled nail in the picture is the one I did compared to the salon. (My craftsmanship is rookie level) I’ve never done my own acrylic nails but I certainly want to continue especially to improve my craftsmanship!!! Big warning ⚠️, it dries super quick! Barely enough time to form a nail!!! If you’re looking to just test out doing your own acrylic nails 💅 this is a decent kit to start with. The Acrylic is very very fine and light, polymer is good as well, dehydrator I didn’t use since I have a drill I used it instead, primer is good too. Brush was decent for me and perfect to use. The nails that come with the kit are also decent. For a beginner I’m satisfied with the kit. When you gain the experience then you may want to switch to the more expensive kits!

My dog snapped my natural nail off so I was excited to try to build a new acrylic one. I had done all my other nails and had this order delivered at 4:30am in the morning so I could build my nail before I leave the house for the day. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. When I opened the box and found the Nail X-Strength Primer had leaked and is cemented into the foam I couldn’t removed the bottle. See picture. I reordered the product in hoping that the leaking of the bottle was just a fluke. I am happy to review this again after I received the new box.

I purchased this kit despite the negative reviews and was apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised! As a former licensed nail tech, I've tried A LOT of different brands including high dollar name brands. This is first acrylic that has lasted the test of me in a long time. I'm rough on nails but this brand has stayed perfectly with no lifting. I had no problem working with liquid and powder. I had perfect beads. No, the brush it not high dollar, but considering what you paying for, it and all the products in the kit far exceeded the cost. The brush is fine. It's actually better quality than a lot of brushes I've used over the years. Acrylic can be difficult to work with for first timers/beginners. It just takes practice. This kit is worth every dollar.

Most definitely for beginners. I have have done my own nails in the past so I know more so what I’m doing. I can Pick up beads of acrylic just fine. The only down fall of this is that the required amount of wait time you have to spend waiting for the product to harden on it’s own. It’s more than like 16-18 mins I found it a little annoying having to wait so long for your application to dry .
