As far as a beginner set, this has a lot of supplies. I wouldn't necessarily call it professional grade, but I would agree it might even be best described as a very beginner's set; some of the supplies are really nice (and call me childish, but I really do like the bag), some of them are underwhelming. The bag is decent and does hold the entire kit easily. I found it quite pretty as well. There are so many supplies here, I liked the variety of powder colors included, and the brushes, the acrylic remover and glue, primer, and clear gel topcoat. The UV lamp does the job but isn't anything special. I appreciate that it is USB-C unlike some older lamps, and while simple it does cure gel. It has one setting of 60 seconds. If you hit the button again, it will cancel, so if you want to just flash cure for any reason (a short cure), you'll just have to do it that way. The nail drill is...eh...it's okay. It goes from super slow to mid speed compared to other ones I've used. While it isn't a toy, it sure feels like one. The bits press in, and they seem to be better quality than the drill itself. Again, not great, but it will do the job for most beginners, but if someone starts really getting into doing nails, they'll likely want to upgrade quickly. There are also little fake fingers that you can stick nails to like nail holders. The kit doesn't include sticky tack for that for some reason, and I would advise against literally gluing them on. I have my own nail holders already, so I haven't had a need to use these yet, but I'll hold onto them anyway. The other supplies are also usable, a nail sanding block, nail file, glass mini bowl, toe separators, nail stickers and more. This kit has a lot of supplies and really is a pretty good option for someone to start with who isn't sure they want to play around with nails or acrylic powder at all. Overall, I'm happy with this kit. There are a ton of supplies here, really, and is an option for someone looking to try acrylic powder. The kit worked well enough for me, and included bag is now my place to store my most-used acrylic nail supplies.

I have slightly mixed feelings about this kit. I love that it's all packed into a fun, sparkly bag (which feels thicker & more durable than it looks & some of it is actually relatively good quality, especially for a beginners set. However, there is nothing professional about it, and the claim that it is pro quality is my biggest issue with the set. The drill is functional, but I'd highly recommend something better made (a digital read out & twist locking nut for bits at a minimum) & wouldn't recommend the included bits for more than a single manicure... And if you're a beginner, use EXTREME caution & low speed if you decide to use the e-file & bits on your natural nails!!! On that note, do NOT use the included arbor bands (sanding bands) on your natural nails - the grit is much to low (rough) & will damage your nail bed!! The included UV light is also very basic & while I wouldn't use it for a full gel mani, it's a great starter option, esp for an acrylic kit, where you'll only be using it for the included top coat. Now... On to the rest of the kit! Full transparency, I'm a gel girlie at heart & work with it almost exclusively, but I do like to play with acrylics & dip powder (which is really just ultra finely milled acrylic) for fun. The included acrylic powders are decent quality & have good color pay off, but they do set very quickly, esp for a beginner set, which surprised me & may be frustrating for a complete novice trying acrylic for the first time. The included acrylic brushes are on the small side (the largest is a #10), so not a much monomer is being picked up/held onto by the bristle & the pearls are smaller as a result as well. This could be helpful for practice, but may also cause a lot of frustration, esp if trying to create a full set... I'd suggest also picking up a size #14 brush (significantly bigger than a #10!) to go with the kit, so that you can pick up more monomer & larger pearls, which will give more working time before the acrylic cures (larger pearls =more monomer =slower dry time =more time to work on the shape of the acrylic nail you're sculpting). The included glitters are pretty & can be added as a sugar press or mixed into the jar of acrylic powder itself for more depth. The powders can also be mixed if you want a lighter red or deeper pink, etc. Overall, the kit is a good, budget friendly way to discover if you like working with acrylic & with a couple of tweaks, it could be a great option.

I got this because I wanted to try doing my own nails at home without having to run to a salon every time. I was not expecting much beyond a basic starter set, but this kit felt more like a complete setup than a beginner bundle. When I opened the bag, I actually laughed a little because it is packed with everything. There are multiple acrylic powders, glitter options, brushes, a drill, a UV lamp, and all the little extras like rhinestones and tools. Everything has its place in the cosmetic bag, which makes it easy to keep organized instead of having pieces scattered all over the place. I started with a simple set just to get the feel of it. The drill worked well for shaping and prepping, and the UV lamp cured the product without any issues. The powders applied smoothly and gave me enough time to work before setting. I am not a professional, but the results looked clean and put together. What stood out to me is how complete this set is for the price. At around $36, it feels like a strong value compared to buying tools and materials separately. I have not tested long term durability of every item, so that part is [Inference], but everything I used so far performed as expected. The cosmetic bag is also a nice touch. It keeps everything together and makes it easy to store or carry if needed. It would honestly make a thoughtful gift, since it is both practical and complete. Overall, this kit gave me a lot more than I expected. It feels like having a small nail station at home, and it is something I can keep building on as I practice more.

This is a REALLY nice set! It has basically everything that you need to start. I love gel nails, so I am using the accessories for gel. And it works just fine! I feel like this is the first time that I have used the powder and it has actually turned out well. Maybe it is the quality of this set? Idk. But it is so nice to have ALL of these items. The case that it comes in is really nice as well! The zippers are really easy, and the bag itself is also made well. I love the little compartments. Not only that, but it also LOOKS cute. I got the purple bag. Overall, I think this set is well worth it. It has a ton of items, a cute bag, and everything is pretty decent quality. I think this would be great for a beginner or a teenager that is just starting. I am super impressed!
