My kit does not look like any of the ones in the review photos. It's more accurate to the ones in the product listing. The only difference I would say is that you absolutely do not get the same amount of liquid monomer as shown in the photo. Included in the kit is the acrylic powder (about 30 grams), acrylic nail liquid monomer (75 ml), a small glass for the liquid monomer, and a brush for application. I've gotten my nails done professionally a HANDful of times (HA HA HA) and after so many sessions, it adds up. My wallet is internally screaming. I figured it was time to learn how to do them myself since I can't afford to keep dishing out 100~200 dollars every session (granted I get intricate nail designs). I just like having my nails long cause it makes me feel feminine. After having my thyroid ablated, growing them out has been a nightmare, they chip and break really easily :< In addition to what is included in this kit, I did have to buy a few other things like a nail prep dehydrator, nail primer, and acrylic nail forms. The nail prep dehydrator and the nail primer both help to increase the longevity of your acrylic nails and the acrylic forms are "stickers" with gridlines and measurements that you press down around your nail to ensure that all of the acrylic extensions are the same length on all nails. So these are some additional things you might want to consider on top of this kit before starting. There are a few things I liked and a few things I didn't. I liked the glass that was included. It's weighty and it won't tip over easily when you're working (unless of course, you knock it over with force). I also found the amount of acrylic powder that was included to be really generous. I wish the amount of liquid that was included matched the ratio of the powder since you end up exhausting more monomer than powder. I feel like most beginners will burn through the liquid much faster since they're still learning how to get the proper ratio of monomer to powder. The monomer bottle also says "low odor", I'm not too sure what strong odor monomer smells like but just a heads up, this liquid is still really really strong. even with proper ventilation the odor lingered in the room for quite a long time. The brush that's included could be better. In the beginning it was fine but after working with it for a while, the hairs start to fall out and the strands start to stick out. This makes trying to make an even application fairly difficult. I say this after using the brush for just one session. Overall, it's a great kit for those who want to learn and are first starting out as you get quite a bit for what you pay for. You can burn through the powder and liquid with mistakes and not really worry about whether you're flushing a lot of money down the drain (the value of money is different for everyone but, I just say this in comparison to buying high end professional supplies). In my photo: product is nail extension only. All other supplies like gel polish is not in the kit.

I ordered the Acrylic Nail Kit to try my hand at doing my own nails at home, and I’m generally happy with the product. The kit comes with everything needed to create acrylic nails, including the acrylic powder, liquid, and a Kolinsky nail brush. The instructions are clear, which is helpful for beginners like myself. The quality of the materials is decent, especially for the price. The acrylic sets quickly and is sturdy once dry, providing a smooth finish. However, I found that the liquid has a strong odor, so it’s important to use it in a well-ventilated area. The brush is soft but sturdy enough to handle the application. One downside is that the kit doesn’t come with enough of the powder and liquid for multiple uses, so I had to replenish quickly. Overall, it’s a great starting kit for home use, but be prepared to buy refills after a few applications. The smell is incredibly strong. I'm no stranger to acrylic but the smell from this set was super overpowering. Before I even took it out the pack I smelled it which made me a little afraid to use it because of how strong it was.
