Description

This Acoustic Audio by Goldwood Bluetooth 2.1 speaker system features a contemporary design and is a stylish addition to any home. This 100 watt, 3-piece system includes one powered subwoofer and two satellite speakers as well as the necessary cable and instructions needed to "plug and play" any audio source. Use it with your home theater stereo system, cell phone, personal computer, laptop, DVD player, TV, gaming system, MP3 player, or other devices with a 3.5mm or RCA audio output (3.5mm to RCA cable included). The powered subwoofer features a down-firing woofer and utilizes a digitally tuned wooden enclosure for increased bass response. You can also control the volume function directly from the subwoofer. The full-range satellite speakers feature magnetic shielding for use near televisions and computer monitors.

I was planning on using this for a home office sound system. Ended up moving, so it was nearly a year before I actually plugged it in to use. Very low volume sound on the speakers, and nothing on the sub woofer. Since I am an engineer and it was out of warrantee, I opened it up to see if I could find the fault. Just horrible solder quality with cold joints and solder balls everywhere in addition to white residue all over the module. I have seen marginal chinese electronics work just fine, but this is truly horrible build quality. It's not worth even salvaging the parts out of it. ... show more

I hooked this thing up to my record player, my laptop, and my phone, and it works well for the price. If you’re a bargain buyer, this is your deal. It’s easy to set up, and it sounds pretty good.     • works fair sounds ok for the cost, you get waht you pay for.
sounds ok not not lots of bass but ok has a lot of features that make it a fair value, like remote control, it plays music from a thumb drive i didnt test that, it has sound setting like jazz rock and so on, those didnt seem to make much difference in the sound though. it ok for 40.00 if you want great sound spend more money, this is just ok not terrific like the older speaker sets. ... show more

    • Great sound, remote is worthless
The sound (bass) is great and it improves the sound quality of my TV. It's amazing the sounds I was missing all these years. Unfortunately, the remote didn't work (3 sets of new batteries, nothing), and the speaker wires are a bit short - you get about 2 feet, so they are sitting behind my TV, cause the sub woofer is on the floor. But they sounded great and it does work without the remote. ... show more

It's got awesome sound. I play it AT THE SAME TIME as my TV. It has wonderful Stereo affects when I use it to play TV or something really sound oriented (Like Guitar Hero). It doesn't seem to be as good as my (but works great at the same time as my TV. On the negative side, I use a remote for the TV volume AND a remote for the Stereo Volume. It probably has something to do with the way I have the TV settings... Either way, I love my new sound machine. ... show more

So I’m your average young guy working full time I enjoy listening to music and I’m really picky I stick to brand names in my truck and only get the top line for car audio wanted to set up a cheap system in my room and I’m not surprised honestly to me bc I’m used to top of the line audio equipment this thing has horrid static for Bluetooth or even through tv it just isn’t that amazing sound quality but for 40$ You get what you get ... show more

Tried buying this for my fireTV. I did not need 5 speakers and this worked with bluetooth just fine but was not able to use the TV sound and the Speakers sound. So defeated my purpose of purchase. Returned. Had good sound - easy to use. Just not for my use.

    • Had it 2 months and now it's not working ???
We just bought this in April and had a power outage and no there's no sound coming from the speakers ( yes it was on a surge protector) sorry but I don't think it's worth the money.
