    • VERY DISSATISFIED
I rarely write bad reviews because generally my problem is rectified but not with this. Many of the screws were missing. One of the handle bars didn’t fit the screw at all and falls down. There are various other screws that did not fit correctly. I called the company and they said they would send replacement parts but I never got them. I described the screws but they kept transferring me to other ppl and I finally just gave up. I wanted to send it back but we had paid someone to put it together, it was too much of an inconvenience to take it apart. The item was also so heavy and I had already tossed the box. The pros to this is that it looks pretty but I’m disappointed with the service and the quality just isn’t there. I would think to send a replacement part would be easy but it seems they don’t care about bad reviews. So if you are looking for something pretty and don’t care much about the quality, this may work. I personally don’t think it looks cheap but I can see why another reviewer saw that based on the metal part of the bookshelf. ... show more

    • Delivered the wrong components - Cheap looking
The item was received with the wrong components that could not assemble into the bookshelf described. Had to deal with the hassle of returning very heavy boxes and wait for the refund. Meanwhile from what I received the item looks cheap and would not fit in a classy room.

Not sure if the manufacturer changed, but I ordered two of these for my office space and they are great! The instructions were a little ambiguous at times-but it’s a bookcase- not a rocket. They look great! And the bottom half came assembled. I can finally get all my books in one place. Thank you!

    • Do not trust this purchase
Please do not buy this. My fiance and I bought this two weeks ago and we've already bought one before through Home Depot so we know the size of the box and it looks like it just came with the top portion of the bookshelf and not the bottom part
