    • Better than I expected
I bought this monitor not expecting much since I heard VA panels all had bad ghosting but I didn't notice any while gaming so far. The best part has been the very deep blacks while watching dark scenes in horror movies, the 165hz, two HDMI ports and a DP. It has everything I need. I was also worried about the stand not being sturdy after reading reviews but it seemed solid enough for me. I was actually impressed and expected less. Colors look great but I'm no expert on color. The speakers sound great and not tinny so that is a plus but they are lacking in volume. They could stand to be a little louder but its good enough for me at least. I paired this with my exising Acer K242HYL Bbix monitor that looks just like it except for the base and its a a perfect match. Its also a VA Panel and has some slight ghosting at times but it is rare. Luckily this Acer Nitro doesn't seem to have the same issue At the current price in May, 2023 its an amazing deal. ... show more

my first 165 hrz monitor i have a pc and ps5,you will have to go to ur settings on ur pc to get the full use but holy molly 165 is amazing the picture clear and the frames are 1 ms super fast, im a casual gamer and made someone question why they couldnt down me cujz how fast and clear this beautiful baby is,and u can mount it.i use a double arm mount , the base looks really nice tho it comes with a hdmi but i recommend getting a display port cable that supports 165 hrz to get the full enjoyment out of this ... show more

Por defecto el monitor se ve muy opaco los colores muy apagados aun que le pongas modo HDR aun se nota esa falta de color , y esto es todos los monitores , Juego en PS5 y agradecería mucho si pueden poner una configuración aparte para poder disfrutar mejor de la calidad del monitor ya que si se me es muy difícil configurar los colores ... show more

Los textos y las imágenes son excelentes y alto contraste, un monitor para desarrollo o diseño es excelente, pero para jugar es otro cosa tiene muchos ghosting no importa la configuración que le pongas.

It was within my budget which was around $100. For the size and specs I think it was a good purchase for me. The only drawback if anyone cares the headphones Jack it’s really bad probably faulty from factory. I won’t exchange the monitor because I don’t want to wait for a new one.
