I got the 27 Inch 4k 160HZ - 1080P @ 320HZ model. The packaging was standard for a monitor. I thought for a 4K one it would be safer. The corner of the monitor I just had to pop back into the frame right quick. The monitor is not height adjustable. You can tilt it but it doesn’t slide up and down to change the height. The picture is great. Everything was easy to setup. It offers 320 HZ at 1080 P which is done by changing it on the monitor settings. 2k and 4k run at 160 HZ. The screen I noticed in the right corner does get very hot and not sure if that’s intended. Overall, for a gaming 4k monitor it is great. ... show more

This things supports all modes for Xbox Series X and S VRR 4k during videos on YouTube and Low latency for gaming hdr the whole thing I do just wish it came with an audio jack . That’s the reason I sent mine back and am getting an hundred buck more 2k monitor y’all 4k is overhyped and over rated ! 2k can run all things crispy very satisfying product came in time and just doesn’t support a headphone jack .
