    • The picture quality could be better
I have a really nice monitor and only bought this so I could use it as a second monitor. The picture quality on this monitor is noticeably worse than the nice monitor. Not a bad product though.

After reading some reviews complaining about the picture, I wasn't sure about the quality. Fortunately, I have not registered any issue with the picture quality, it is nicely bright and clear. I really like this monitor. It was reasonably priced, and has a great resolution. I took away one star because it is tied in with Norton Security, and there are endless popups telling you to buy the software. I can't find out how to stop it, and it is very annoying. Great little TV for gaming. My son loves it, I was going to ask him to write a review however I haven’t seen him in over a week. Apparently this monitor combined with Xbox is highly addictive.

    • NOT FOR GAMING OF ANY SORT!!!
These are junk for any use beyond simple home work, gaming, videos, anything graphically intense, they are complete junk. I'm really surprised Acer would produce something like this, I've used the brand for years. I ordered two and one had screws dropping out of the box and you can hear one rolling around the inside of the monitor. Both have horrendous color but I'm only using mine for a home office so color reproduction and response are not at all important. If had I any other use for these at all, both would have been sent back. I did notice if you set them to "Graphics", they are decent and can be used for home office work. ... show more
