I cannot go back to a flat monitor. Has the ability to be SUPER bright. I personally keep mine at only 20%, but holy moly it can get bright Free Sync is absolutely beautiful, i love it so much. Very easy to assemble out of box, and comes with a displayport cable! CONS- EXTREME Ghosting on all settings above (off) in overdrive in the panel settings Sometimes a little too bright in my opinion. Even on minimum, it is pretty bright for nighttime. OTHERS(Not really monitors fault) No vesa mount. I didnt buy it expecting one, but itd be nice considering the competitor has one. I have to run it at 120hz. To explain, When you have a 60hz secondary monitor, you need to have both displays at a multiple of 60hz otherwise there is stuttering on the faster one. First off, this monitor has no speakers - and it never claims to but it has an audio output jack so you can plug in headphones or speakers. This is an AWESOME gaming monitor! I went from an ASUS 24" 75Hz 2ms monitor that was 10 years old to this 144Hz 3ms monitor and the difference is amazing! The 144Hz makes gaming buttery smooth and insane! Dont worry about the response time, there are no ghosting or tearing problems here! Great monitor and oh the CURVE is amazing for gaming but for Windows it takes a day or 2 to get used to it but after that you dont notice. During game play the curve is amazing, you see so much more and it helps your eyes see things better on the sides! NO dead pixels on arrival! The stand is NOT flimsy or poorly built, it is just fine! This monitor does tilt and it tilts quite a bit. Blue light filter is nice at night and does help your eyes especially with a white background such as internet browsing. The joystick on the back of the monitor does take some getting used to bu then its fine. Display Port, HDMI, DVI input ports. Comes with Display Port cable!! ... show more

I got this for my son for his birthday. He really likes it compared to his old monitor and the curve of the screen is just right. No dead pixels and the box arrived in good shape. It's been set up for a few days now. He says he can tell a big difference between this one and the old monitor which had a slower refresh rate. So far everything is working and arrived in good shape. At first glance I will admit I wasn't sure it was curved. I have a Samsung Curve and their curve has a bit more bend to it, alright on to the actual review. NOT DOA - whew (my box had serious gouges from what looked like a sharp metal corner in several spots), no dead pixels either... I'm winning at this point. Assembly was a cake walk, pulled it out and plugged right into the stand with a single screw (decent quality). Both the monitor and mount are light, the screen is easy to adjust from a forward/reverse swivel at the base. The button on the back (stick) is easy to use. I've seen comments that its finicky but honestly my Samsung has a similar selection stick - so I didn't find any issues. This does work with G-Sync or FreeSync - just so you all know - Nvidia came out back in January of 2019 and made more of their monitors universal. Once I had the Nvidia Control Panel up and running (had to update GPU drivers before Win10 would see it) - getting performance and refresh up to 120hz was a few clicks and done. If you want 144hz you will simply have to right click on the background of your desktop - go to display - select the monitor - advanced setting - set refresh to 144hz. I have not played with color tuning just yet, I've only had the monitor for about 3 days and this was the last item I needed before I built my PC. I plan to play with the colors later and will re-review in a few months. I haven't put any games through the ringer on it due to a mobo - m.2 drive issue (thats another review) but I did do a few CPU Bench Mark tests and once the refresh rate was fixed I was wizzing around between 189 - 320 fps on high details. If you use the G-sync you lose fps in order to prevent the tearing - just be aware. I will give a 5th star if it rates one or take one later if something happens - 4 stars is just the highest I will give at this point. If you're trying to decide on size or this one, I can say I was there. 24" is plenty for me. Leaves me with room to expand if I want to, plenty of mount/keyboard room and tower on desk. Great bang for the buck Cons - I'll let you know. ... show more

I’ve been upgrading my gaming setup recently from buying a new chair l, a new controller and a monitor. I play on Xbox and to my surprise apparently this monitor supports 4k at 60 fps despite no mention of it in the description despite whether this is a mistake or not I was surprised about how amazing this monitor is at the price. The high refresh rate and 1 ms response time is amazing for games like r6 and apex which I play. I would highly recommend this monitor for anyone looking to step up their gaming setup! ... show more
