This dress got so much compliments! Wore it to the Steve Aoki concert at 4th Street live in Louisville and I had women going out of their way to approach me and compliment my outfit. For having never been to an EDM concert and having no idea what to wear, I expected to look/ feel a little out of place but this dress fit right in! Well made and light fabric that keeps you cooler for hot temps but not see through or flimsy. OK y’all I do not normally share reviews at all but if anybody is doubting how cute this dresses stop and just buy the damn thing I have one coming in orange too. I’ll probably get another one in black. It is very flattering fits. Perfect. I wear 36D bra I’m 133 pounds and the extra small fit perfect I’m 5 foot as well. I love, love, love this dress (the black one, not sure about the other colors, it’s very common with Amazon’s clothing that the fabric changes with the colors). Now, quite a few reviews say to size down, don’t, they are really true to size. Also, the top part (where the opening starts for the mid section) does but doesn’t have stretch. The are where your breast are, does have some stretch but the part that goes by your rib area, doesn’t. If you are (top) wider than the average this is a 50/50 chance it will fit, maybe a size up will help. I’m squared body so I am almost too wide in that area, but just wide enough where it’s a that “50/50 chance it will fit”. I bought a medium but I am usually a size large and it was just a tad bit too tight at the top (some reviews said to size down so I did). I am returning it and getting a large, I know it will fit perfect. I am actually ordering the large when I’m done with this review. I am 165 lbs., 5’0”, 36B, this is my first dress purchase since losing 20 lbs so I’m pretty excited to wear this! About the quality/material, the right size matters, it stretches for you but doesn’t mean you should stretch it to its max. The fabric is great and pretty thick, I wouldn’t say super thick I would say like a “good quality t-shirt” thick. The front design was perfect!!! A little skin showing with some camouflage!!! My pouch belly disappeared!!! I’m square bodied - and this gave me a little shape - - - without shapewear!!! The length was perfect for me (but I’m also on the shorter side). It was not too long and not too short. Can wear to a family event or for a night out. Before I forget! It came without any tags, and I mean, none, at all. So I’ve been seeing this dress everywhere and especially on curvy ladies and they are killing it in this dress! So I decided to bite the bullet and buy it & try for myself. My recommended size was XL, since I’ve been losing weight I went with it instead of going up a size or 2 like usual. Well, I should have gone with my size up gut. If you are pretty busty like I am (40J cup here) then I’d re think this dress. One the bust of the dress is high, which alright fine it’s a body con dress. But the one I got was so small I could barely fit my head in it! Once I got it on, that bust was sooo tiny, the bottom of my breasts were hanging out, which hey if you want that look go for it, but I was thinking I’d hang out with my family & friends for a party in this dress so not for me. 2, lawd have mercy was it thin! The really light purple/almost gray was so light on me you could see every detail of my breasts from 5 feet away! I saw some pictures so I was thinking it may happen but was going not. And 3rd, ugh the skirt was sooo short, like barely covering my bikini underwear short. Wtf? All the other pictures I’ve seen, the dress is a decent length. Not to mention the asymmetrical hem was totally off & sideways? And last the fabric is super itchy! I mean my chest was still itching hours after I had tried it on, Is my skin super sensitive but for $30 + you’d think it would be better made. And when you buy a body con you hope the material will be a little thick & with a nice soft stretch. But this dress was disappointing all around for me. Should I have gone with a size up? Possibly. But I fear the super thinness of the fabric & the scratchy feel would still be there. So this was a fail for me and I won’t be exchanging for a different size or color like I was considering. And it’s back to the dress search! Oh well, the ombré colors was really pretty! And on others is looks amazing. My measurements height: 5'5" weight: 155lbs bust: 38C (sometimes B if I am being honest) waist: 32in hips: 41in I ordered the dress in black size large. Overall the fit was great, but the waistband was so loose in the front. I was out of town for an event and had to use hair ties to orchestrate a way to tighten it. (safety pins or sewing could fix it easily though). The dress was very flattering over my curves. The dress is a thinner material, but not sheer, and it does not feel cheap. (Sort of like your favorite soft t-shirt.) The dress does not provide flattening of the stomach. If I did not wear some spandex underwear, my rolls would have shown through. Compliments the bust VERY well. I could move freely in it and I was very comfortable. The dress does not ride up throughout the day, which is a huge plus. (especially when wearing not-so-pretty spandex panties.) I do not think I could have sized down to a medium, only because it would have been too tight at the arm opening and would have created bulges on my back around my bra line. I recommend it and I would buy it again... just be prepared to do a little alteration on the front waistline. ... show more

This is the second time ordering this style of dress one was from another seller. That one was way too big and frumpy even though I ordered my size which is a medium and I am 5 foot 3 135 pounds. So I tried another vendor size small. This one. It is so cheap as you can see in the pictures. The seam is already ripping straight out of the package. And it just looks cheap. This will be something I wear around the house or to take out the garbage. Please stop making the model look so put together and then when you get it it’s a piece of garbage. Also ladies, if you’re gonna leave a review, do not say things like “fit perfect“ or “true to size”. What does that mean? How tall are you? Are you curvy? ? I’m so tired of shifting through pointless reviews. I am small on top curvy on the bottom if I like things tight and sexy I get a small if I like them loose or to wear around my family I wear a medium or a large. Anyway, This dress is nothing to write home about it looks cheap and is cheap. There are other vendors who sell this dress and it’s better quality but for more money.
