The media could not be loaded. Bought this belt and a new Delco belt tensioner and idler pulley. Had a terrible sound before. (Posted in video was the before). Took maybe an hour and got it all installed. Belt fits great and all noises are gone. Plus, the green color is pretty neat. Haha. I recommend. If you’re replacing the belt I’d recommend the tensioner and idler pulley also since you already have the belt off. Get the Delco since it’s the OEM equipment. Thanks for reading! ... show more

    • FYI Gates makes ACDelco!! Also A perfect fit for a 5.7 Tundra
Started out getting a used gates belt which somebody got a nice coat of oil all over. Cleaned with isopropyl 90% & installed. It did fine at first but seemed to change with the weather & would not start the fan pully somedays, instead it would sqeual like crazy till it got going. After it done that a few times I retured it & ordered a brand new acdelco belt which is identical to the gates, also sanded down the fan bell housing with 180+ grit sand paper & finshed up with horizontal marks to help give the traction.. So far so good, not a sigle slip or chirp. ... show more

    • Green side slick
The green side is slick and harder, making sense with the hd rating. But imagine it would squeal on a stock 5.7 since the fan is run off the slick backside. Other reviews stated such but I didn’t want to try it
