I've bought this exact pillow before and it was great. Full, firm, soft, and great support. So I purchased again thinking I would get the same. Wrong. The second time I ordered what I thought was the same pillow it came flat, squished and filled with something that feels lumpy. I can't recommend this pillow. I gave the second one away. UPDATE (2/9/21): The seller reached out to me and offered a refund. I was not expecting this and they went completely out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I was hesitant to order. We have a 60" body pillowcase and the pillows that are advertised as being that size were substantially more expensive than this 72" pillow. So, I decided to buy this and if it didn't fit we could always alter it to make it smaller. I was thrilled that it fit perfectly without having to alter it at all. It would certainly still fit a longer pillow--it just made ours a little fluffier. Great deal. For those with texture, sensory issues... This has been an actual life saver in regards to my sleeping. I got this since I was having surgery and can't sleep on my back or side for 2 months, and I've always had trouble sleeping on my stomach since I feel like I can't breath and I toss and turn A LOT. I bought it a month prior to surgery to practice sleeping on it, and about 1.5 weeks later this thing was great. I don't have a many headaches, I don't kink my neck as much, and the way I'm sleeping on it doesn't make me toss or turn so I can sleep on my stomach all night. (I sleep right on top of it and basically hold the pillow with my arms and semi spread my legs around the pillow on the bottom, and I stay on my stomach all night) ... show more

My new body pillow arrived today and I was excited to open it. Be careful because it's tightly packed and when you undo the plastic it almost blows up. Haha. It literally blew my cat off the bed end 🤣. Not in a bad way. Just funny. The pillow gets very large very quickly and seems to be well made for a lower budget price pillow. I am happy with it. I love this pillow insert. I have it placed between the headboard and gap between the mattress. Prior to getting this my normal pillows would somehow get swallowed by the gap and I was never able to get a comfortable reading or sleeping position. After getting this insert the problem has been completely solved. This is a dense and heavy insert that still has a soft quality that provides enough firmness too. I made one mistake and that was purchasing a cover when I purchased the insert. Getting this insert inside a cover is a chore that borders on an exercise in futility. I did finally manage to get it inserted and the cover zipped, but do not relish the thought of going through that again. While I have not attempted it, I am not sure how well this will take to machine washing. I'll cross that bridge when I am forced to, but given the size of the insert and weight I foresee challenges. Regardless, I love this pillow because it solved a long standing problem that I mentioned above, and it's worth every penny. ... show more
