First - great price. The fill definitely feels "synthetic", and not imitation down, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Second - pillows arrive with air sucked out (like in space bag), so put them in a dryer for 10-12 mins on med heat with a tennis ball/sneaker/"down fluffer rings" to plump it up. This pillow went from flat to almost 6" in girth after the dryer. This has been suggested by another reviewer and I am passing it along so it's current. I'm a big fan of Purple products and had been using their soft pillow; however, it breaks down so quickly. kept on testing out pillows but they were either too firm, too thick for a stomach sleeper, or just didn't last. I was at a VRBO property and our bed had these pillows. It was love at first sleep! I got the best sleep and the pillow was super soft and gave the perfect support for a stomach sleeper. This pillow is super soft, and very full! Perfect pillow to fill a cover! If needed I will come back for more! I used a 20x20 to fill a 18x18 pillow case cover. Absolutely perfect!

If you are going for very fluffy, high pillows, these ones are for you. If you are the flatter pillow type, you may want to pass. We returned them for this reason. We like the lower height pillows. Seem to be a very good quality pillow otherwise.

This pillow upon opening the air concealed bag expanded to its full size in about an hour! Love how plump and full this pillow feels. Definitely exceeded my expectations! So clean and white as well, no harsh odors and shipping was on time ;-)

Not sure what all the whining is about, this is a fantastic pillow! I ordered the 20x20" insert. It arrived sooner than expected and was vacuum packaged flat. Upon opening, it began to expand. I put it in the dryer for a few minutes and it fluffed up nicely. The exterior fabric is smooth and soft and the fill has a nice density with no lumps. The pillow is super soft-- it's not firm enough for the pillow covers to be seen properly as the pillow just collapses. It's not comfortable if you're wanting to lay on it-- too soft.
