Horrible. Full of bugs. Amazon bedding is usually so dependable, but I’m shocked that this is the 2nd infested pillow I received— i finally received a refund of $32 for the other infested pillow. I love the eucalyptus sheets from Amazon- and other sheets but I guess I’ll have to go to the store for 2nd pillow. I’m disabled so I really depend on Amazon. I think this is a medium firm feel so personally I really loved it! If you want something that is soft and sinks in, not sure if this would be to your liking but I really do like the pillow for the affordable price as well! :)

I got this for my boyfriend who sleeps on his side. I was worried it was too poofy. However after 2 months of nightly use he says it's the most comfortable pillow he has had. I was shocked at how much I loved this pillow. I was literally looking for the cheapest pillow to have as an accent pillow, but this ended up being my every day favorite one! It is like a cloud, soft but yet firm. Very similar to a nice hotel pillow. I will never buy another brand!
