This machine is very easy to use. Works as designed. The only issue I have is the hose connection come loose once in awhile even with getting them as tight as possible. Would be better if they would swivel so movement of the hose wouldn’t twist them loose. Other than that it is a great product.

It worked great out of the box! We filled the tank with freon and charged 3 vehicles the first day without any issue. It has several preprogramed vehicles stored in the machine but most are foreign and types we don't even have in the US. Overall the machine works great and good buy for the money.

I have owned the machine for a month and have serviced several vehicles. The machine works great. When I had questions, I emailed the company. Within minutes they called to assist and answer questions, hard to find great customer service like this very often.

It’s almost 2 years I’m using this machine. The best part of this machine is it’s a dual one. I can do the newer gas and the older freon, and so far I don’t have any issue with this machine and they have a very good customer service also . Only one time I have an issue with one of the solenoid and I called them and they explain me how to check all the component and we are able to fix that problem on phone. I know this was the best, best thing you can call anytime they would answer the phone and support you. I am a mobile mechanic and I’m using this machine in my van. I bought this AC machine after very long research and study even I am not a mechanic for my son, he is starting his own auto repair shop. It is a piece of cake. Once he got the new freon tank everything is automatic. Really you get what you paid for, cost high but hassle free service for your clients and yourself. I'd recommend this machine with its economic price compared to others and to its high professional features. Really it was a dream for me my self to buy it to my son even I am not a mechanic. My advice to the vendor to make long detailed updated demo video starting from unboxing to every single feature to help you spread the product features. Good luck. ... show more

    • No Dodge Ram data
I like everything about the machine with the exception of the Dodge Ram data blis not there. I called them and so far I can't download the data. I'm not sure about other vehicles as I've only charged 4 trucks so far. I would definitely buy again.
