  • Neat Visual Markers, Helpful For New Players
So I work with a lot of new players, and one of their biggest obstacles is remembering if they've used an ability or not. The tiles are useful for that, but once they learn how to keep track on their own, the tiles are less useful. For $15, I think they would be useful for a store or game master who has a high volume of players or games running. For individual GMs with one or two games, I think these would be a harder sell. Maybe slightly cheaper would be a better value for individual use. ... show more

  • Good Quality; Implementation and price less so
Great quality. Pieces and printing are consistent and feel sturdy. I was a little worried about the printing at first as the words are just printed on the under-side. I thought the ink might scratch off easily, but it's actually pretty durable - I wasn't able to scratch it off using my metal spudger + a moderate amount of force. Use case is perhaps a bit niche - I think I'd have preferred some varied word-choices instead of just varied colors - would not work if you're color-blind to any of the colors. But the customizable white tiles are convenient (though a wet-erase marker would have ideally been included). $15 feels a bit overpriced. I could maybe justify $10, but... yeah. ... show more

  • Avoid. Overpriced pointless product.
How is this even $15? 30 tiles in a plastic case that come in a nice little box. It looks nice at first glance. But one problem is that 25 of them all say the exact same thing with different colors - ability used. The other 5 are white blank tiles that you can write on. I have not tried writing on it with my erasable marker to see if it is erasable. Even if the tiles were split into only 8 ability used. 8 blank, and maybe 4 each of something else. And came with an actual marker with eraser. It should not be more than $8. Maybe $10 to stretch it. For $15, this is not worth it. And all tiles being the same thing is pointless. Even in Pokemon alone , you have damage counters by 10, 20, 100. Poison, burn, paralysis, sleep, etc. And you would only need 2 of each. And a number of ability used. ... show more

  • Almost, but a few misses
First of all I really like their cute packaging tape. This is a neat idea but I think they're a little short of where they need to be. Their pictures show that the colors are supposed to be used for "active, persistent, used", but the words all say the same thing. Why not change the words on the colored tiles to say what they actually represent? After I ordered these I realized there's not really many cards that have a specific one time trigger I miss often, since most of those require a tap, a sacrifice, or some other state change. Additionally they have blank tiles for you, but include no marker to actually draw on them or erase them. They do include a nice little plastic case which is convenient. I think I can make these work, but as is it feels like a partially thought out idea missing a few key tweaks. ... show more

  • Great for tabletop and card games
If you play card games or other tabletop games- these are great! When some of our games of Magic the Gathering get going and we have more cards and abilities to track these come in handy! They are made of nice acrylic and the colors are nice and bright- they pop well on the table and cover some things well at a glance. The cases they come in is fantastic as well for keeping them in order when out of the way. ... show more

  • A nice set of tracking markers for RPG and TCG players
This set of acrylic tracker pieces are a great way to easily denote when a particular ability has been used during gameplay. These tokens can be highly useful in play of trading card games as well as role-playing games where the action and excitement of the game can sometimes make it challenging to remember what all has been used on a particular item. In addition to a large number of ability used tokens, the set comes with a smaller number of blank tokens that can be used with dry erase markers for additional status tracking. The only disappointment here is that the product would benefit from having more of the blank tokens and not so many ability used option tokens on the system. That said it’s helpful to have these handy tokens to track activity use. ... show more

  • Tiny
These, in theory, would've been perfect for MTG. However, they are absolutely tiny. They are smaller than the card itself and don't serve much a purpose because of that. The erasable ones are also tiny, which makes it hard to write anything on them and use them for anything else. I wish I could find something like this, but larger. I do not recommend these. ... show more

  • Quality and Quantity.
These counters work really well for both Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon. They’re simple, easy to read, and exactly what you need during gameplay. The print is clear and legible, which makes tracking game states much smoother. The quality is excellent—despite their small size, they’re surprisingly durable and hold up well through repeated use. You get a generous amount in the pack, which makes it a great value. I even end up sharing them with my opponents during matches, and they’ve appreciated having them on hand too. If you're looking for reliable, no-fuss counters that are built to last and easy to use, these are a fantastic choice. Definitely a must-have for any trading card game player! ... show more
