First time using clip ins since going natural last year. I didn't realize natural hair clip ins were a thing! Before I plunked down several hundred dollars on a "fancy" set, figured I'd have a trial run with these from Amazon as they looked pretty legit. My hair is tricky with clip ins as it's thinning around the edges and I even have a bald spot on one side of my head..but I make it work. I've been wearing these in various ways for several weeks and have been wearing some form of extensions -( clip ins, sew ins, fusion, lacefronts, from beauty supply quality to high end) for more than 2 decades so am beyond qualified to share some Pros and Cons. My hair is 4a-4b btw. Okay, so anyways - these clips are pretty damned awesome. I ordered 4 packs 14-18inches and am currently wearing about 10-11 clips longest in back to shortest in front. PROS: The combs are securely attached to the hair, I've had zero issues with combs becoming detached from the hair PROS: Each weft is quite thick PROS: 2 packs should be enough for a full head PROS: Combs clip securely to hair, even the areas in the front of my hair where my hair is thinning - I've been sleeping in them weekly. I just unsap and tighten any areas that loosen up. PROS: I guess the combs and mink eyelashes included PROS: The hair behaves as human hair and offers versatility. I have separated the curls and worn them poofy, I have wet the hair down and added gel to define the curl. Each time the curls returned. PROS: Easy affordable way to experiment with natural hair clip ins. PROS: I've experienced very little shedding which makes me feel confident about the longevity of the hair. PROS: Extremely great value and great quality CONS: I doubt the validity of 100% human hair. This is clearly hair factory created to perform like real hair. CONS: The color is horrible. Most natural hair is a dark brown. This is a very light brown. I've yet to try to dye the hair (will update my review when I do) CONS: You will want to cut and reshape the hair if you wear a full head to make it look more natural CONS: the weft where the curl is attached - there is about .5 of an inch that is bone straight and wig shiny. I hate that CONS: the hair looks dryer than it needs to. You will want to add a bit of coconut oil so it doesn't look helplessly thirsty Overall - this hair is really great entry level natural hair clip ins hair. If you don't mind the mousy brown color and are considering buying clip ins.. start here so you can play with them to figure out styles that work best for you before you invest in more expensive clip ins. I'd recommend at least 2 packs for a full head. My look in the photo is nearly 3 packs and I've plenty of hair left over from the 4 packs I bought. UPDATE: 8/24 - Okay, so I said I'd come back and update after I dyed it.. and I'm back. So, I've also changed my rating to 5 stars. I LOVE this hair. I dyed it jet black with the IonDye (I used the one with Ammonia). The hair took to the dye, but I did leave it on for nearly 2 hours. I also conditioned the heck out of it with Trader Joes conditioner. I then hung it up to dry. While it was drying I noticed it was turning into a frizzy mess. So I sprayed it with a mixt of water and a dollop of Giovanni leave in conditioner, finger detangled and let it dry. It dried beautifully.. the curls were a bit looser, but they were gorgeous, happy and shiny. Every morning, I wake up, I spritz with a bit of water..the conditioner and water. Either way - if you are accustomed to taking care of your natural hair, this hair requires maintenance but less than your natural hair. ... show more

I LOVE THIS HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been natural for many years and have always been pretty happy with my hair. It's just lately I was wanting a little something to give it some extra umph!!! :-) When I came across Amazing Beauty Hair, I was a little skeptical, especially at the price, but figured I would give a try. I am SO THRILLED that I did!!! The hair blended so beautifully with mine. I leave my hair out and use the clip ins for extra volume and length. I wash my hair and the clips ins, I put the clips in wet with my hair wet and twist together for a fabulous blended twist out. (See pictures - looks even better in person) I use the same products on the clips ins that I use on my own hair (mostly As I Am Products). Even with growing my gray in, I feel like the hair still blends nicely. Absolutely no one can tell I have them in, not even my sisters, and that's HUGE!! :-) I am so impressed with this hair and will definitely buy more. I originally bought the 10" and immediately reordered and got 12" You will not be disappointed with this hair. If you know how to work with natural hair, you will do really well with this hair. I know there's more I want to say, but I have to get back to work. If you're on the fence about buying this hair, get it!!!! You'll be so glad you did ... show more

Amazing hair! Great for if you want to add volume to your curly hair! It blended perfectly. I would suggest cowashing and running through with a denman. That takes out the overly manufactured look of the curls and they look really really natural. i've included pictures of my hair without and with the clip ins.. you can't tell! ... show more

Somehow my 2 boxes shipped separately so I’ll see how the other bundle looks Friday. This 16 inch bundle— I swear has been in someone’s head. The bottom smells new and the root and near the clip smells like product. It feels like there product in it. It’s stiff, tangled and wasn’t even nicely packaged. It arrived balled up in the box, matted and tangled. I am almost sure someone wore this. And I’ve ordered clip ins from Amazon and I get it, you get what you pay for. But this is just unacceptable. The box is really nice so I can tell by how much they put into the packaging how the hair was supposed to come and feel. I swear this is returned hair. Edit: contacted the seller and amazon, they stated very nonchalantly that amazon sells some of their hair that’s already been worn. She told me to order another bundle, send the old one to Cali (not amazon) and then they would refund my money after they receive it. Like I ASKED for used hair during a pandemic in the first place. They didn’t even RINSE it off. Straight out of someone’s head. I hope they post my comment too. I’m actually copying it because it keeps getting deleted. ... show more

This hair is EVERYTHING!! And you can’t beat the price! This is my third time purchasing. I bought 2 clip in bundles previously and wanted one more set to do a really full head. I dyed them black with regular boxed hair dye. I co-wash with conditioner once a week, denman brush with product to make the curls pop and air dry. I get minimal shedding and no problems with tangling. I DO NOT sleep in them. I can see these lasting a very long time. I had purchased hergiven hair clip ins before and I will never do it again!! This hair is superior quality and like I said, you CAN NOT beat the price!! I’d recommend this hair to anybody!! ... show more
