⭐ This screen house turned out to be a fantastic addition to our backyard setup. The 9.8 x 9.8 ft size easily accommodated several adults with chairs and a small table, making it perfect for outdoor meals, family gatherings, and relaxing evenings without constantly fighting mosquitoes and other insects. Setup was surprisingly quick thanks to the pop-up design. While having a second person helps during the first setup, once you understand the process it becomes much easier. The frame feels sturdy, and the mesh screens provide excellent airflow while keeping bugs out. I also appreciated the neutral beige color, which blends nicely with most patios, decks, and campsites. The carry bag makes transportation and storage convenient, and the structure feels lightweight enough to take on camping trips or outdoor events. During use, the screened walls created a comfortable outdoor space without feeling closed in. his screen tent is definitely big in terms of footprint—it takes up more space than I expected. However, it’s not realistically spacious enough for 6–8 people unless everyone is just standing around with no furniture. For example, my partner is 6'6" and couldn’t fully stand upright except right in the very center—and that’s exactly where we had our table set up. So that was pretty inconvenient. I originally wanted this as a place where we could spend time outside without getting eaten alive by bugs. While it does help with that, it gets really hot inside during the day. The issue isn’t airflow since all the walls are screens—it’s the top. The roof is a solid tent material and doesn’t seem to offer any UV protection, so it traps heat and makes it uncomfortable to sit in for long periods when the sun is out. The quality also feels cheap. Unfortunately, mine arrived already damaged, which doesn’t give me much confidence that it will hold up over time. While it does pop open fairly quickly, I wouldn’t call it a true “pop-up” tent. It still requires poles and some assembly, which defeats part of the convenience. Taking it down was actually pretty simple, but I didn’t receive clear instructions for the poles, which made setup more confusing than it needed to be. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product. There are better-quality options out there at a similar price point that are easier to use, more durable, and more comfortable to sit in.

I got this screen house to review because I camp frequently and often desire a screen house to help keep the bugs away. This thing impressed me on many fronts: - Large for its pack size. I can’t believe how thin this is when collapsed into its storage bag - Thoughtful in the accessories: It comes with stakes, guy-lines as well as sand bags, the latter being a great addition - It sets up really fast, even by myself i was able to get this setup in under 5 minutes (not including staking) - It’s good to see this has two doors on it, and they have ties to tie them open if needed - It does require a little assembly after popping it open, just some poles to support the ceiling - Often these instant-popup shelters are impossible to fold back up, that’s not so much a design problem as the nature of that design. This one however does seem to fold up easier than other instant-popup shelters I have, though it still takes longer to get back into the storage bag than it does to set it up - It does actually fit back into the storage bag - Has a built-in hook on the ceiling to hang a light - Price of this thing is amazing for what you get Why I dropped a star: - I’m 6’4” barefoot, taller with shoes on. Granted in the center of this there’s enough room to stand up straight, but of course that’s where the table would go, so around the parameter the ceiling is a bit low for me. Not terrible and of course fine for sitting. I’d hardly call it a show-stopper though. - Also the folding instructions have some issues: Again like many of these popups, the instructions are difficult to follow, this one is no exception. It’s difficult to see exactly how you proceed between the pictures of the steps. What’s more, it’s just a piece of loose paper. Here at camp, it’s going to be super easy to lose it. Or it gets damaged or wet. I have a photo of it, but in the long run that’ll get lost too. So I do wish the instructions were better and attached firmly to the storage bag. Overall, I like it and the price is right.

The Abahub Pop Up Screen House Tent for 6-8 Person was so easy to put together, which honestly surprised me for the size. Such a nice change from constantly fighting flies and mosquitoes every time we try to relax outside. We set ours up with a projector for an outdoor dinner and movie night and it felt so cozy and elevated. The screens let the breeze through while still keeping bugs out, and there was plenty of room for chairs, snacks, and everyone to spread out comfortably. Love the neutral beige color too — looks really clean and aesthetic in the yard.

It’s big- but not nearly big enough. Maybe 3 adults. Standing is hard. The quality is okayish- won’t last long. It does pop up quick- but it’s not really a pop up. Still needs poles and assembly. Folding this thing up is impossible and the instructions are about the worst I’ve seen and doesn’t even match what’s on the page. After struggling and some choice words I got it small enough to pack- but no way fits back in the bag. Maybe there’s a way to do it right- but they’ve kept it a secret. I wouldn’t recommend this because putting it away is more important than getting it up. Also no instructions for the poles either.
