Works
Complete kit, costs 1/4 as much as same thing from Bose. Ridge that fits into the groove in the speaker assemblies is a TINY bit bigger than original so doesn’t fit as deeply as original. Hasn’t been a problem so far. My copilot says the density of the ear pad foam is greater than original, so his ears are uncomfortable after a couple of hours.

Noisy
The pads do a bad job with the noise cancellation.

Soft and comfortable; refurbished and like new!
My Aviation Bose headset ear cups were showing age and has deteriorated badly. I needed to install new ear cups and foam in order to continue to use it. This kit worked well and the earphones are now like new, however the kit did not come with instructions and my earphones were in such bad shape I had to figure out how to properly place the foam on the inside surrounding the speaker core and noise canceling microphone. After a little trial and error, I was able to place the foam in the proper position. I did like the replacement O-rings and the microphone boom foam replacement and additional spare foams. Overall, I am happy with the result of my refurbished headset.

Not impressed
Didn't feel like very high quality material. My original ear pads have lasted almost 8 years of regular use. Hope these go at least a year. Instructions not great - watched a video - made it look easier than it is. Will update after some use.
