I purchased this phone on a Black Friday deal. The listing claims that it is a Samsung, which is what I was looming for. When I received the phone, the setting showed that it had an Android security system, but that the phone model was A15 pro max--an iPhone model. The phone was already set up with a bunch of apps already downloaded. One of the things that made it extra weird is that the icons on the home screen were images from iPhone apps, but renamed. So the App Store icon was relabeled "Play Store." "Notes" were relabeled "ToDo." I ended up returning this phone, because it had clearly been significantly altered, and was not what I was looking for. If the refurbisher couldn't even make the apps on the home screen consistent with any particular operating system, I don't have any faith that they did a better job with the inner workings. And, they took long enough to get the phone to me, I wasn't able to get any other Black Friday deals. So that was upsetting, as well. ... show more

Broken screen, slow and laggy. After it charged the phone powered off and wouldn’t turn back on for 20 minutes on the first day. Case and screen protection were flimsy and worthless. Absolutely horrible product all around the board. If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars.
