This is an exact match for 2005 cadillac deville passenger side ac actuator. The air would only be cold on the drivers side. The car has already had the freon "recharged" so we knew it wasn't that. After researching, and finding the part through (ac Delco, advanced, auto zone) I searched Amazon. Boom. Found it. And cheaper! Like I said, fits perfect. You have to take the kick panel, and glove box out. Diconnect some connections for glove box lights and what not (easy)... and there she be! To the left of where the glove box slid out. It took a torque bit, a couple screw drivers, ans a small socket (tiny). But yeah. I'm a 35 year old woman, that wasn't waiting on someone to help me, or pay hundreds of dollars to fix it. Took 15 minutes and some youtube. You got this! ... show more

    • lots of screws and fiddling around to get old one out.
asking for cold a/c I got cold on drivers side, hot on passenger side. This part allowed normal operation of the a/c system.
