Product lasted only 3 months, then it failed. There was no way for me to contact the manufacturer for their one year warranty. So I contacted Amazon and they couldn't give me contact information for the seller. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. Now I am going through the process of trying to get this issue resolved with Asurion which is a headache as well. They want you to remove the compressor and send it to an authorized repair shop before a decision is made. Removing the compressor would take my vehicle down for days until a new one could be installed! Save yourself the trouble and skip this compressor from this company!!! Buy one from the local auto stores where you can easily take it back and get a replacement same day if needed. I just hope someone at Asurion can help me resolve this issue since the seller is unreachable. ... show more
