The flow sensor atop the unit had been clearly damaged. Interior cardboard inserts were damaged. Not designed well enough to hold the weight. Had to replace the flow sensor at my expense. Sometimes, cheaper is just that.

Save your money and buy from someone that will warranty this produce. Have only had it a couple months it is no longer working properly. Have to find another replacement.
