This rolling cabinet has full extension, soft-close drawer slides with a 100-lb drawer capacity. The 5”x2” casters with over toe-locking brakes have a 1,500-lb load rating. I’d have given it a minus star if it had been an option. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. Arrived damaged. Extremely frustrated. Nearly $500 and the box was damaged when left at the house, interior styrofoam was busted up and TWO HUGE DENTS ON EACH SIDE - REALLY? Do not recommend.

I was wondering why this was upside down and it seems to be that the bottom was open the to find out the top is open as well. Then let the fun begin. It looks like it was dropped or slammed into something! Missing parts ? I’m pretty sure I ordered a brand new one!?

Soft close drawers are great ,Craftsman USA makes better quality than the Chinese Import ones on the market.I had cheaper ones and the drawers get hard to open when many tools inside.Having no issues with the 2000 series.Drawer pads are a must have. Mine came with pads ,Magnetic paper towel holder and organizer bins.Great for the average homeowner not needing "Pro" series. Basically you get what you paid for.Recommended ... show more
