Hard for me to imagine what 1-3/4 Oz. looks like since I'm more accustomed to ml and grams. This jigger solves that! I also appreciate that it has a rounded lip and feels good in the hand. The cheaper alternatives do the job - but you get what you pay for: sharp edges, visible weld lines. The measurement lines inside the jigger are clearly engraved. So if you're in the market for a Japanese-style jigger with clear markings, this should do the trick.
