I recently replaced this bell jigger with a taller Japanese style one. The bell jigger is very well made and feels good in my hand but it is short enough that my fingers get in the way of pouring when held between them. Aside from that my only real complaint is the lack of labels on the measurement lines. While in search for a replacement jigger I read lots of reviews and noticed people complaining about the accuracy of this bell jigger. So, because I have one right here and am curious, I got out a bunch of measuring devices and decided to find out for myself. What I found is that if you measure by weight the lines are spot on. If you measure by volume the lines from one device to the next are all over the place. I concluded that it's probably best to pick one jigger that works for you and use it all the time if you want your drinks to be consistent.

I was surprised how heavy it is for the price, it has a comfortable weight to it. It arrived quickly in a nice box. I do kind of wish the measurement lines were also on the outside but all you really need to know is that the small end is one ounce and the other end two. Have already made mojitos with it!. Definitely a good deal for the price.
