They work well. It seems many stores don't keep these so we had to order. I didn't have a problem connecting them or replacing the old ones. I guess the joy-cons that comes with the switch aren't meant to last long because these seem more durable. They are also slightly cheaper here than in stores so that's a win too. ... show more

If you are using these for your Nintendo switch just get knockoffs; however, if you are using them for PC emulation then these are your go-to options. Although there are some excellent models with even better build quality than the originals, for PC the firmware on knockoffs just doesn't work right especially with emulation software.
