Both balloons shown were inflated 1 minute prior to photo being taken. The “L” balloon was ripped and I tried to tape it and it deflated regardless. The rest of them didn’t allow for the straw to go in and inflate. Garbage! Waste of time and excitement for my dogs birthday tomorrow and can’t use this. Don’t bother buying. Cute and good price, but a pain to inflate and deflate very quickly. Dollar store letter balloons like this inflate super easily in 2 seconds with an included straw, but the straw included with these wasn’t strong enough to puncture the internal seal, so I had to use a chopstick to break the seal, and then blow them up with the straw. This resulted in a few accidental rips, as the material is so thin. Then, all the balloons lost air within minutes (even the ones without holes). This cost half the price of the dollar store ones (99 cents each letter), but they are way worse quality. I wouldn’t purchase again but they’ll do the trick for the party tonight. ... show more

I think they’re very cute, but opening the package I found no straw and no string. Luckily I had a straw from another balloon and I used it, but five of the letters out of the nine wouldn’t stay inflated so I had to tape them and even then they wouldn’t inflate. I can’t hang them up regardless because I don’t have the string. ... show more

This garland is exactly as described. Fantastic dog birthday party decoration. I got confused as to how to inflate it. In the valance circle, the flap to insert the straw is clear and not easily noticeable. But once I found it, it was a breeze. Love it!

Well each ballon said “put straw here” to put in air but I tried blowing and no air was going into letters so I had to like push the straw into the letters which causes 2 letters to rip and I tried to tape it but no luck. Our dog was 10 on the 4th of July, 2021, and we celebrated in a big way. The “Let’s Pawty” inflatable sign on our porch alerted passersby to our celebration.The letters inflated easily (except for one, that had to be fiddled with a bit. They were easy to hang. We’re keeping them for future use!

    • You get what you pay for...be careful blowing up.

Some of the balloons popped blowing up. You have to be careful and at least the pawty letters didn’t pop so I had half of the balloons. You can manually blow up with the tube given.
