These work splendidly! I bought these to help reduce artificial blue light at night for improved circadian rhythm health. They block blue light great. Other reviews complain it makes it difficult to see screens, which makes sense because screens have a ton of blue light. This is normal! Nature doesn't have blue daylight after the sun goes down and the glasses help avoid blue light waves. I found these comfortable and easy to wear at home every evening. Best of all, I found that by wearing them, my appetite disappears, which is normal for circadian health. If I see normal lighting in the evening and night, I continue to want to snack. I get hungry! Since taking steps to reduce artificial blue light at night, my hunger disappears so I don't feel the urge to eat. I have lost 10 pounds already without dieting during the day! I am stunned! I LOVE these glasses. They are incredibly comfortable and have helped my sleep significantly. I wear them from sundown to sunrise (not while I am sleeping) and it has cut back on my eye strain and headaches and is helpingy circadian rhythm. I received these yesterday and put them on a couple hours before bed. The tinted lenses obviously changed the way everything looked, but i didn't feel the real benefits until after a half hour or so of having them on. At that point, when i tried taking them off everything looked way more blue and too bright. I also slept well last night, but i dont have horrible insomnia or anything so maybe that was just a coincidence. I really like these glasses because they do block the light at night when I am watching television. I like that they are big enough to use my prescription eye glasses under them. Well I have a pair that has one of the arms broken and i jimmy rigged them so I could see. I would definitely buy these again ... show more

I’ve tried a couple of different brands of blue blocking glasses. I had all sorts of issues from being uncomfortable to halos on screen. The Spectra479 work flawlessly. Comfortable, no halos, no distortions. I highly recommend these to everyone.
