Things were initially shaky. Didn’t have any parts list or assembly instructions come with it. Found out toward the end of assembly that information came in an email that I never opened thinking it was another “your order is being processed.” That said I am not mechanically inclined but was still able to get it almost together before Amazon sent me another copy of the assembly instructions. Got it started and turned down the idle ( in the instructions) and gave it a test ride. I am 192 lbs and had no problems zipping around my yard.     • Lock tight engine mount screws that come pre installed.

Engine comes pre mounted, caution on the 2 screws that hold engine on. Advise you take them out and put lock tight on them and put them back on. Both screws vibrated out within the first mile. Other than that my whole family LOVE them. I did buy two and now that I have driven them I think I’ll get a couple more. I’m a 71 year old female. Grand kids and I have a blast on them. So when I received the kart someone had dropped it and broke the plastic engine cover and the drop shifted the live axle bearing and engine out of alignment. I reached out to the vendor and they originally responded stating how to fix the alignment issue and that they would send another cover. They then removed the item so I do not have anymore communication. Overall the kart fired right up after realignment of the 90cc two stroke engine and properly seating the bearing. I have put some miles on it now and I’ll say this, it’s a blast. The suspension works well and the kart is not only fun but comfy. My wife is about 160lbs. The kart did 28mph top speed but does t have the torque required to climb a small incline in pine needles from a start, if you’re in the power band it will climb, every hill that she climbed it did around 20 mph. I would recommend the 212cc with a torque converter for the extra $300, it’s worth the money over the 48v or 72v model only for the easy fill and go aspect, if you’re riding around neighbors then the electric is the way to go. Value for money though it’s the 212cc all day long. Oh, the 90cc version got around 10 miles of range with 4 of those miles being full throttle with hills. Cheers and enjoy, it was worth the money but don’t count on vendor support. Routinely check nuts and bolts, oil the chain & setup the alignment with the riders weight on the kart otherwise tire wear is bad and tire life is really short. ... show more

Really cool ride. Grand kids love it!! I also road it, I’m 220 lbs and got up to 21.6 mph on flat ground. Bogs down on the hills. I would recommend replacing all of the locking nuts that are supplied for installing the swing arms, trailing arms, suspension etc. The nuts supplied with the go cart do not lock and will vibrate off. I ordered nylon insert M10 x 1.25 stainless steel nuts from Amazon. I believe a 20 pack will do it. ... show more

You cannot install the steering column. It doesn't FIT. Do Not Buy This it go cart can't be assembled !!! Seller rep said they redesigned the mounting for the steering column to induce drag to minimize steering instability. I couldn't believe it when I read it. Check this short video for the slop in the steering The seller has not offered ANY solutions. Ive filed a A-Z Qurantee, we'll see if I got Ripped Off or Amazon saves my bacon. My Amazon A-Z claim was APPROVED, GOOD FOR AMAZON. 1st time I ever filed a claim. Been a Prime member since day 1. 3rd party sellers rip offs. 2nd time for me. I can't install the shocks now. Im a 77 year old man that's been building and racing go carts since I was 6. Too much positive camber, adjustment not possible. See the eyebolts are both jammed to extreme on both L & R, no good. Pic of black cart the same, from their so called installation video. Sellers have refused to tell me how to adjust for proper chamber and toe in. No wonder the things steering is unstable. On flat hard ground these are fun for 220lbs+ individual. For anything else the lighter the better. I can't get the kids off these go karts! The unpacking is a chore but it's well worth it. I made the kids put their own go kart together and they loved it. All the bolts were the same size so I loved it too! 5 or 6 year olds can definitely drive this! ... show more
