I love the fabric and pockets! They're very stretchy and hug you so nicely with a high spandex content. And they're thick and not see through. BUT you have to size down. Seriously I bought my normal size (large) and they were way too loose. Normally mediums don't fit my, um, large frame but I bought some mediums and they fit just like I like. Except they're way too short -- these are like 7/8 length, at least if you're above average height (I'm almost 6 feet). So I ended up returning them after quite a bit of debating in my head because I just don't want 7/8 length. The colors (I got candy blush and cuban orchid if I recall correctly) are also not as vibrant as I like. But I do recommend these if you know what you're going to get. The fabric is absolutely on point and the pockets are nice and big. But definitely size down and get some if you're like 5'6. ... show more

This brand is and always will be my favorite. Their clothes is so well made. I’ve taken diggers on black top and not once have my leggings ripped. Their colors are spectacular, iced mauve being a favorite! I’ve realized I keep buying gorgeous colors and don’t have traditional black so I finally ordered them. I wear a 7 in pants. I’m 5’7 and 133 lbs. I can wear a small as well but as you can see the leggings are designed to go slightly higher in the ankle area which means the smalls are even shorter! So I continue to purchase the mediums. Side pocket fits my cell phone with otter box. Control top tummy too. Squat proof. Silky material. I’ll continue to only purchase this brand and hope they keep getting great new colors! Hoping for a Mint Green and a Silver!! Like their Silver Lilly Jacket! I read about these from Tara Thueson and I had to try them for myself. I am a fitness instructor and take my pants very seriously, because a mirror is behind me, and that is largely what my class sees... They are indeed "squat proof" and very comfortable. I will be buying more colors to add to my repertoire, for that price, one can afford to do that! ... show more

    • NOT SWEAT PROOF
First of all, I ordered the "Blue Moon" colored leggings in size small. Texture: Overall, they are good quality. Great stretch, excellent material, came clean and new. Color: In person, they are MUCH lighter than the photo. I do love the color, but I feel the colors displayed should be more accurate. Fit: These are definitely high waisted. I ordered a small, where I am usually a medium on most clothing items except for workout leggings. Tight in the waist, tight on ankles.... everywhere else fit like a medium size. I recommend ordering a size down. SWEAT: I actually did a full cardio (2 mile run) and did a few sets of squats in these. They are not thin material so it is not see-thru at all, but if you sweat a lot.... it shows. Every drop. Then I drank a sip of water, and a tiny drop got on my thigh. It was a SUPER DARK water spot!!! Like seriously, it ruins the point of being workout leggings when all of your butt and lower back sweat shows right through the material. Gross. Who wants to see that? To be fair, these did dry extremely quick, so I will give them that. So I guess I''ll get black or something? ... show more

Not like original 90° leggings. These are more polyester and silky. I prefer the more cottony feel of the higher spandex blend. Also the muted orchid is very muted. It’s not the vibrant lilac color as pictured- but more of a dusty lavender-ish mauve. :/. The red Kir color is a very very dark fuschia- almost red ... show more

    • Picky about my leggings - these are a win
In general, 90 Degree has been a reliable brand for me and is becoming a go-to for workout leggings. This particular pair is great because of the side pockets that can hold a cell phone (yes, even a larger phone -- as cell phones continue to get bigger & bigger!). Having TWO side pockets is nice for stashing a key or card while out on a walk or jog as well. The fabric is on the thinner side for this brand, so they won't make you sweat terribly and do a good job wicking. I found them comfortable for around-the-house and working out. The level of tummy control on these is only moderate; I have another pair from this brand in a thicker fabric that suck me in more than this pair. Size-wise, they do run slightly large. I am typically a S/M (5'5", 145 lbs., athletic bottom half) so I have to read reviews to pick whether I buy a small or medium. In these, the small fit perfectly. They do not shrink after washing (I hang dry). My only word of caution (sorry if this is weird to say) would be to select your color according to how much you sweat from your crotch. The "sweet acai" color doesn't show sweat until about 45 minutes into a crossfit workout for me, and although it is subtle I get paranoid about this and plan accordingly. ... show more
