These clubs are fantastic for the price! The bag is nice and quality. The best club set for beginners, great durability. Driver and wood shafts are a little whippy but not too bad, and I do prefer extra stiff. Great clubs overall and highly recommended for beginners!

I recently got this 9-Piece Complete Golf Club Set for about $180, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a solid intermediate set without breaking the bank, this is a great value. The first thing I noticed was the build quality. For a set at this price point, the materials are surprisingly durable. The driver feels solid, and the irons have a nice weight to them that helps to give confidence and power during a swing. Even after several rounds with teens who are still learning the ropes (and hitting the ground pretty often), the clubs have held up beautifully. One of the best surprises was the sizing. Although these are marketed as a men’s set, I am a 5'3" woman, and I found them very usable and manageable. They weren't "too long" or awkward to handle at all. My teenagers are also using them, and the clubs feel natural and balanced in their hands. The grips have a premium feel—tacky enough for a good hold but comfortable for long sessions at the driving range. Plus, the stand bag is lightweight, and the included rain hood is a professional touch that keeps everything protected. Bonus, this set looks sharp! It has a professional, modern aesthetic that doesn't look like a "budget" set. The bag is not plastic-y and does not feel cheap or flimsy, thus the value is unbeatable. We know that as we get more well-versed in the sport, we might eventually upgrade or add specialized clubs and we could easily pay for 1 club for the same price as this set, but for a family starting their golf journey, this is the perfect entry point. Overall: If you're looking for a high-quality, stylish, and functional set to share with the family or start your own hobby, this is a 5-star choice. 10/10 recommend

This is a great selection of clubs and bag to get you started. For the price the quality is fantastic with everything that you need to start playing golf without having to have a complete set. The two woods are very effective and get the job done, and the irons are toe heal balanced design making it easier to have a good hit on the ball. The selection includes mid irons, which are the easier irons to use. An effective wedge and blade putter are also included in the club selection. The bag included that holds all the clubs is a very attractive well-made bag that has a built-in stand so you don’t have to lay your bag on the ground.

**Background:** I am returning to the game because my children, who are almost adults or fully adults, have wanted to learn it for a long time. I played at a very high level back in the day. I ordered these clubs so my children could play with me or as guests when they visit. I've already ordered and tested a set from a different company and wanted to have two sets available, so I also ordered this one. When I was involved with golf, I was responsible for repairing and building clubs at the golf course I worked at. I played at a high level, often making my own clubs, changing shafts, adjusting lies, swing weights, re-gripping—pretty much everything. I'm also an experimenter and have tried hundreds of different clubs. Since I'm returning after a long break and coming out of a kind of time capsule, I’ve recently explored and tested numerous clubs to figure out what's right for me and to find the best clubs for my kids. **Build Quality:** I know these are budget clubs, but I'm really disappointed with the quality, even for budget clubs, compared to the other set I got. They don't look too different, but when you hit them, you can definitely tell there's a difference. Starting with the irons, they look like cavity back clubs with a trampoline or thinner face, similar to a game improvement iron that’s supposed to help you get the ball up in the air. However, if you look at the sole’s base, which usually has an additional cutout hidden underneath, there is none. The bottom line is that these irons feel dead. As game improvement irons, the ball should pop off the face, but I didn’t experience that with these clubs—if anything, I lost distance. Next is the hybrid, which is probably the best club here, but it’s still not great. I definitely think it was not easy to hit, and honestly, a hybrid should be the easiest club in the bag. The driver was the absolute worst. I've never struggled so much with any other driver; it's terrible. It feels awful, and the ball comes off the face in a weird way. It even looks strange at the address. The shape isn’t like a typical driver face—it has a huge bulge, which should help straighten the shot, but it doesn't. All I could do was slice this thing, and I played around with three or four other drivers during the same range session and didn’t have this problem. I'm a pretty good player, and I can adjust my swing based on the shaft’s stiffness, but there was nothing I could do to get a decent shot with this driver. If a beginner picks up this driver, they might get frustrated and give up the game, but I can tell you—it's not you. It's this driver. Do not use it unless you want to make sure you don't get hooked on the game. The putter is fine. The putter face is a little hot, but on public greens, which are usually slower, I don't think that'll be an issue. The bag itself is a budget option, but it's not bad; it's not great either. I am not here nor affiliated with any company selling clubs on Amazon, but I can tell you that these were disappointing and frustrating even for a mid-handicapper who used to be a single-digit scorer. You can definitely find a decent set of beginner or game improvement clubs on Amazon, or slightly above this price point—they're way better in terms of quality and performance. I do not think these are a good value for your money because I think the performance is so poor.
