My item was delivered either defective or damaged. I couldn't really tell if the cause was from delivery or defective from manufacturer. Either way Amazon refunded me quickly and Im still able to use it. It looks like it's right breast is deflated. That or stored upside down too long and made a peeminate dent. The one side a little flatened. Probably stores in a box too long and stared taking the shape of the box. All and all its still not in bad shape but would like to experience it properly without flaws. When using it though many short breaks are recommended if you want to have a long session with it. Oh yeah and the softer model isn't much of a hype as I thought it would be but at the same time for this price it's worth it. Even if it comes slightly defective, snap a pic and Amazon should gladly refund your order and you keep it. Not much to lose if you think about it. Give it a go. 👍🏻
