Read plenty of reviews before buying this mirror, and 1 thing that was consistent was how fragile it is so either the shippers will ruin it or your will not handling it proper, This was my 3rd one sent out, the first 2 I didn’t even get to my house. They messaged me saying broke In transit. But when I finally got it, I handle it with care, def a 2 man job at minimum. The shipping box alone is heavy. The install is super straight forward just know how to find the studs and you’ll be good, I’m not a technician so the guy helping me knew how to do it, he’s only complaint the wires were to short from the outlet we needed to connect to, but he had some extra, so we were good. Love the finally product, did exactly what I needed it to do in my bathroom. I also didn’t know I got a Bluetooth speaker so that was a plus, it’s loud enough to hear thru the shower and water, just no bass so don’t expect A1 quality out of it, but does it’s job.

We really like our mirror! I love the fact that you can blue tooth the speaker to phone/tablet as I can listen to music or a book. I do wish it would sync with Alexa but really most of what I want to hear can be accessed on my phone. Figuring exactly how to wire was a little tricky but not impossible. The lighting is great for makeup and at night the “buttons” (flat touch screen icons) emit a soft blue light that is the perfect nightlight for the bathroom. We are really pleased!

Great mirror. I was worried about purchasing the mirror since there were not many reviews. I decided to take a chance and purchase 2 mirrors. I liked how the lights were on the outside of the mirror. The mirrors were packaged in hard cardboard box that kept them safe. I hired an electrician to install the mirrors. The Bluetooth speakers were easy to set up. The dimmers worked great

I was super excited about this purchase! Instructions are very vague, but my fiance is pretty handy and figured it out. I received it, installed it and, then my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. I bought this because I was going to spend about the same amount of money on a light fixture and new mirror(s), it also had a dimmable mirror and bluetooth speakers. Couple of problems: 1) As low as the high setting is, there is no need for it to be dimmable. It is so dim that I'm going to have to install another light for when I want full light. I learned, through the instruction book, that there is a mirror option that has warm and cool lights, which wasn't available on Amazon. 2) The speakers are VERY LOW QUALITY! (Mainly treble) 3) Isn't that big of a deal, but would have been nice to know that there was a switch that worked with the mirror. You have to purchase the switch separate...which I didn't know existed until I read the instructions. A regular switch will turn it on and off. Overall...don't waste your money, not worth it! Cool concept and there may be better products out there, but this one gets 2 really big thumbs down. I really want to return it, but I made such a big deal about it and made my fiance hang it, that I feel bad for making him take it down.
