I had a set of highly recommended 800 count organic cotton sheets from a reputable store. They started falling apart after the first wash. After looking for a long time, I decided finding a sheet set under $100 that was quality was a lost cause. Every set of sheets had some compromise. It should be said, that 800 count sheets are really 200 count sheets. Brands that advertise higher density use some tricks to make those claims. Ultimately what I wanted was a set of heavier sheets with a dense thread count where the fibers weren't brushed or shortened to fool their feel. These are heavier, smooth, and well stitched. I have not experienced any fading or loosening of the fabric. They have held up now a dozen cycles in the washing machine and drying on both the line in the wind and in the dryer. I've felt similar sheets about $100 that feel this way. These were nice enough that I updated my guest room sheets and got a second set for my bed as well. I highly recommend these as an upgrade to your older bed sheet set!

I would say I have a weakness for bedding, blankets, pillows, sheets, etc., so I have been through more than my share of sheets and these rate very well. I really like sheets with a sateen finish and these have a great feel. I washed these right away of course and they came out of the dryer with very minimal wrinkling and still felt very nice. As with any quality sheets these will continue to get softer with use and washes and I believe they will hold up well. I won’t be debating the whole thread count situation, I will just say these sheets are a perfect thickness to be able to breathe and be comfortable so I really don’t care what the thread count is. My goal is comfort and these sheets are serving just that, I cannot sleep if I get hot and I have had no issues with these sheets. We have had a few chilly nights as well and I still remained very comfortable. I will buy more of these sheets. I happily recommend these.

These are nice sheets, but def not 800 thread count like you would experience at a high-end hotel. I washed them soon as I got them and put them on the bed and they held up fine, but they feel like normal sheets, almost like a regular t-shirt. I have some 600 tc sheets that feel amazing, so i know what I'm looking for. These are cool but not what you would expect from their description/.
