8 Pcs Pipe Insulation Foam Tube,Self Adhesive Pipe Wrap(1.3 Ft x 0.6 in) -- This is a pliable rubber insulation 5/16" thick wall with a strong reflective wrapping. This will work wonderfully on straightaways. You could form it around sharp turns but it is not going to be pretty due to forming the overlap of the reflective wrap. The wrapping is a single sheet for each 16" segment which comes pre-glued to half of the rubber. The remaining reflective material is peel and stick covered in protective paper. The reflective wrap will overlap about 1.5". The reflective wrap could not be torn with my bare hands so it is strong. The 0.62 inch ID is referring to the inside diameter of the insulation itself. This fits 1/2" CPVC/copper/PEX pipe. In areas where there are sharp bends I would suggest plain rubber insulation and wrap that with reflective tape.

I used these under the house crawl space on my A/C unit for condensation and humidifier drain from freezing in the winter cold and is working great.

There’s not really a lot to say about these. Is exactly what it should be. It fits on the piping like it should and hopefully it does its job to prevent pipes for freezing.
