I had to take a small diamond file and make a groove in the clip so it would fit on my DeWalt drill and impact. The vents on the tools, have a thin strip of plastic to help hold the OE clips still and not wobble. Great deal for the price though.

These will work on compact light tools. The metal is very thin. They'll fit Makita but not as strong as stock because they're a different shape and a lot smaller so they'll be able to move around. They'll fit Dewalt much better as they're closer to the factory shape, you just have to grind a notch in the center of the top between the screws. The provided screws are terrible and probably won't work on either or any brand ... show more
