Not much to say about these. Good price, using them to tie charger cables for classroom computers so I don't have a mess. Before I started to cut the extra, a couple of them slipped loose. Once I started cutting the extra length, they've stayed on and stayed tight. Easy to cut with regular scissors.

These are nice zip ties in industrial colors, and do measure 8 inches. They are stated to have 42 lbs tensile strength, and they have worked well for many of our DIY needs for cables, storage bags, and repairs. However they are stated to be heavy-duty and they do not compare to other actual Heavy Duty ties. They are much thinner and damage more easily. It is very easy to cut them - deliberately or accidentally - whereas heavier ties are much more damage-resistant. This product is an excellent value for your home needs, just not for critical requirements.

As far as zip ties go, I’m happy with these. They’re a useful length for many applications, the multiple colors are a nice touch, and they have adequate strength for anything I would typically use them for. I wouldn’t call these weak or sub-par, but I wouldn’t call them heavy duty as listed in the description either. If I make a loop, I can break it apart with my bare hands after applying moderate force, but before my face turns red from struggling. Trying the same experiment with another brand I had around of unknown origin that looked similar in construction, I was unable to break it apart.

These are definitely adequate for most uses, but certainly are not what I would call heavy duty. The colors show on the web are a little brighter than the actual colors, and they are somewhat drab, so if color is important to you, be aware of that. The different colors are easily distinguishable from each other, so if you are using some sort of color coding these will work well for that. All in all, a good value for the price.

Use zip ties around the house for a variety of purposes. Like that they come in 4 different colors, which can help differentiate certain bundles of wires or color match whatever you are fastening to look more presentable. Currently using them to attach shade cloth in the garden. Not certain how they will hold up to the outdoor elements.

These are good, basic zip ties that function as they should. They worked well for securing the control cables when I repaired my lawnmower. They also worked well re-securing the hardware cloth to the metal frame of my chicken run. The three colors will allow matching them to the color of the job if necessary.

I ran multiple sets of wires on my F250 for some accessories I added, and I used different color zip ties when securing the wires underneath the truck which helps to easily identify the wires based on the color of zip tie. I didn't think the colors would be of much help, but I was surprised as I used a certain color for each pair of wires that I ran and I am able to easily tell where it is all routed too, no testing needed to see what wire goes where. The zip ties also cinch tight and stay locked, haven't had any loosen up on me.
