Absolute Garbage, Avoid at All Costs This Shine 8 Drawer Rolling Tool Chest is complete and total trash. The build quality is embarrassingly bad — thin, flimsy metal that bends if you look at it wrong. The drawers don’t slide smoothly, get stuck constantly, and feel like they’re going to fall apart under even light use. Calling this “large capacity” is laughable. To make matters worse, the return process was a nightmare. Once I realized how awful this thing was, I tried to return it, only to find out that getting a refund is practically impossible. Customer service was useless, unresponsive, and clearly trained to dodge responsibility. In the end, no return, no refund, just money thrown straight into the trash. Because of this experience, I will never buy from a third-party seller ever again. This was a complete waste of time and money. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Cheap materials, poor design, misleading description, and a company that does not stand behind its product. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT buy this. Good value and function. Although only 2 of the 4 wheels were rotating and locking, when I contacted the seller, he immediately sent me replacement wheels for the non-rotating/locking ones so that the cart now can smoothly be wheeled everywhere. Good vendor. Good price for what you get.

Well, I bought this based on a guess of value since it’s a pretty low cost option for a tool chest. The metal is thin, and easily bent by hand, and some of the drawers did not operate smoothly. I knew it was cheaply made, and admittedly, I was concerned it would survive shipping. I was pleasantly surprised, after being delayed a few days, it arrived in good shape. I must give packaging credit, there is a plenty of foam and styrofoam, it traveled very well. Everything was included and the locks and features work as promised. I however underestimated how many tools I needed a home for, so I’d need two more, haha. Assembly was simple and pretty straight forward. ... show more
