Anyone who complains about weight cannot read. This toy is the heaviest one I own at 117 lbs. At the waist can bend only to 90 degrees and had a female end to the neck portion to attach a head. The feet has screws to assist the standing for the doll. She is capable of standing. The only reason I give this doll a 4 rating is because the "V" is in the not anatomically correct. The doll is not very flexible and I am not used to it. Cleaning is as easy as moving 117lbs around, so don't get it if you cant handle it. As far as customer service, after purchase, good luck on getting in touch with the company, they do not seem interested in assisting or communication after purchase. I would definitely recommend for a decent first doll. It is at the higher end of OK. Would've marked at 3 stars but the 700$ price point is worth it. After a lot of usages already within the time period, the doll is beginning to rip, wrinkle and tear slightly. But I'm not gentle. I had to heavily modify this review a delete all photos due to Amazon's policy. I wish I could show detailed photos, but I cannot.
