  • This is Not Your Typical 90's Training Book- A Fresh Look at F&I

I usually get bored reading training material, usually take little bits and pieces because most tactics are truly outdated and don't progress the deal, rather stall or irritate the customer further. I've been to trainers, heard things I simply disagreed with and taken what I can. This guy has and is in the car business and creates a new way to look at things while keeping a positive outlook with every customer. I am truly glued to this book and I've only read a few chapters. If you are new at F&I, this will give you a great base point, if you are experienced, this will allow you to revisit your process and make appropriate changes. I do not know him besides his Youtube videos that have since been removed and 100% recommend this to anyone in the Business office. This gives concise word tracks that you can tailor to your personality and covers the most objections we see, showing the value to the customer without being too pushy. The amount of knowledge and tips in the book 👌🏻 I love the way it was written; relatable, easy to digest and you can tell it is coming for someone who truly was on The Box.
