I’ve only owned this thing an hour, but I wanted to share my early experiences. First, setting up the machine was pretty simple. I did have to go find a wrench to get the swinging to work, but no big deal. The cord is long enough that you’re not tethered right to the wall, so that’s good. The base is a bit lightweight and narrow, so it’s unsteady when turned on. It does get hot pretty quickly. I ground dried rosemary for a minute and that was as hot as I would want to let it get. I can’t imagine running it for the whole five minutes on the timer. Fortunately it only took two one-minute sessions to make the rosemary powder. Not bad! But the big disappointment came when looked at the table under the machine. (See picture.) The rubber feet left major black marks on my table and they will not come off! I wasn’t doing anything fancy or extensive— just setting up and running it for a total of two minutes. I’m really sad about this. I love that it grinds in seconds and the fact that you can tilt the container to brush the product out easily into a glass container. I love its mobile and fits perfectly inside my ventilated hood. This grinder is built to last. They provided extra parts in case they wear out. It grinds lion's mane to a fine powder. It's become a valuable tool for my business. The only regret I have is that I didn't get the larger one.

Amazing power but the cleaning is a little challenging since you cannot remove the top from the motor. You simply have to brush the remains out into sink or counter while having the unit leaning forward. Bought to turn my dried moringa to a powder and wow, this even will handle smaller stems so makes the leaf cleanup a little easier. Obviously try not to going stumps. ... show more

Can't remove blade when it was necessary. Otherwise it did a great job making flour out of whatever you want to. It's loud but for the whole 20 seconds it takes to do the job.
