Shipping came very well packaged and protected, i had all hardware I needed and no damage occurred to any pieces during shipping. It comes with the tools you need, I recommend using some of your own, as it will make it faster. For the price I paid this is exactly what I wanted. This is the best designed, quality desk purchased in Amazon in 15 or more years, and I’ve purchased a lot of desks. I had my office inside my home, I move in to another house, and needed a new desk, I spent about a week deciding which one, this desk, has a few reviews, but none of them said anything about damaged pieces, well, that’s right, all the pieces comes into two boxes, very well protected, without a single scratch. I received only one box, and entering in a panic mode, I wrote to the seller and they told me that the other box was in the way, I received the two boxes one day apart. Very fast shipping. Seller communication is very professional. It is a medium to large size desk, you need some space, about 6’ x6’ feet, and it is perfect for home business office, or any business offices. The instructions are clear, only a step was unclear to me, the part 11, and it is to place the piece 15 before assembly the side. I needed to start again and disassembled the whole thing in order to place that piece and after that, that part of the desk was not the same, but still worth the effort and money paid for. Please check the step 11 in the manual, and place the piece 15 on the bottom before assemble that part. Everything aligned perfectly, which surprised me, because is the first piece of furniture, desk or not that the alignment is correct. I love my new desk. Is sturdy, beautiful, and perfect for my needs. Took me two days to assemble the whole thing alone, two people would have been better, and faster. The very small gap between the pieces is because I don’t pay enough attention’s to the step 11, but is barely noticeable. The rug is 5’ x 8’ feet for desk size reference. It’s Perfect. ... show more
