The mirror was packaged so well it arrived in perfect shape. One funny thing, when we first looked at the mirror we thought it was scratched, but it was only the great seal they had over the mirror which came off very nicely. The stand that comes with the mirror works perfectly and it allows you to move it around with ease. We would buy this product again in a second.

These mirrors seem to be made by a number of manufacturers who sell them on Amazon and the reviews vary widely. This one was a bit more expensive but the reviews were good. The quality of construction, condition on arrival and the light seem to work fine. There are two things to be aware of. 1. If you intend to hang it, it will work best if the outlet is below or behind the mirror. In my case the plug is aside the mirror, but there is no cutout in the frame so the wire pushes one side of the frame out a little. If you are going to stand it on the floor - no such problem. 2. The light is plenty bright, in fact unless other lights are on, it is difficult to see yourself in the mirror.

Just got my mirror. Very nice packaging and the mirror itself is stunning. It also has a TRUE IMAGE. This was very important for us. Let's hope the lighting last. I read some reviews not very good about the lights.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item in late June 2023. It’s early Feb 2024 and it has now stopped functioning correctly. Recently, it turned off by itself, and when I turned it back on, it only turned to a very dim setting and flickers. It keeps turning off spontaneously. When I press the button on the front of the mirror which adjust the light settings, nothing happens. I have tried to unplug it and plug it back in. I have tried to leave it unplugged for a while, then turn it back on; the same situation keeps happening. I paid over $200 for an LED mirror, I expect it to work more than 7 months. Furthermore, I cannot find any sort of customer service for this company online and it is now past the return/replacement window (which is only a month or two). I have attached a video of the dim light. If you look closely, you can see the flicker. You can also see that when I press the button on the front of the mirror which adjust the light settings, nothing happens. While it worked it was great. This is a disappointment; save your money and purchase from a company that will fulfill and replace faulty products if they fail in less than a year. Complete rip off. I will continue to try to reach someone in customer service (if they exist??).
