Arrived late, damaged, in the wrong color, and missing parts. I needed this to pass a food safety inspection before Thanksgiving (we prepare hundreds of meals for unhoused people). Despite ordering this well ahead of time, it was received on Thanksgiving in a torn and broken box with missing hardware. I have no doubt that this can hold 400 pounds, like the product title says. This shelving unit is solid. I put this together in about 30 minutes and it may have been quicker but I made some shelf height adjustments, (TIP: easier if you don't fully push down your shelves onto the clips before you're sure what height placement you want for all of your shelves). You can always just make it easy and set the shelves equidistant apart, but I needed wider spaces for the bottom shelf and more narrow for the top two. Determining this spacing is simplified with the increment lines on the poles. Love it! One little critique I do have is that these are not the best packaged products. The box has no protection or padding for the corners so one of the shelves had punched all the circles from the corners and sustained a little bit of damage on each ring that the pole goes through because it will get tossed around through logistics, especially because the box is heavy. I ordered this in black so the exposed parts got a little scraped up. Not anything too terrible. Ultimately, I would still highly recommend this unit for the quality, sturdiness and durability. I have worked for companies that use similar shelving for inventory and storage and they are made to last. I am confident this shelf is no different. ... show more
