Ok I have literally had these in for 7 months!!!! And I am remiving and rplacing them for the first time. Over the last 7 months I have lost maybe 5 strands total. Every other one is still in my hair and they are great I want to add a little too my review that could maybe help those that are struggling with this. I learned a few important things they don't mention about using this. First off.. you have to make sure the openings of the little metal things that stay in your hair are facing outward towards where the opening is on the installment tool. This is the only way your hair ends up inside wedged between the plastic piece and the metal. I can't tell you how many times I tried using this only to have them all fall to the ground before I figured this out. So if your having little luck with them be sure that the openings line up. I'll take a picture so you can see what I'm saying. So look at my pics. Second when you are going to put them in your hair you have to make sure you have hair in every opening that the gold peices are in. So this isn't very good for doing yourself. You need someone else that can see that your hair is in the right place. If you do those two things I promise you will have much better luck with this and probably love it as much as I do!!

I ordered 2. One box was as expected. The second one was all tangled and some pieces were completely disassembled from the clasp. I’m utterly disgusted in the fact that how the hair was handled and prepared to ship. There were more than 15 strands disassembled from the clasp and some clasp only had 1 bundle hanging on to it. What if I didn’t have the machine to assemble. The hair quality is fine obviously. I’m just very disappointed how the hair was tangled up and it seemed like it was just thrown in the box. Not a happy purchaser. THUMBS DOWN! 👎 👎 👎

I actually had changed my mind on dying my hair darker. These were easy to color to match and they were definitely 100% human hair so the color was even. The strands are nice and thick and easy to install

The media could not be loaded. Overall they feel soft. But I’m not able to install bc the color choice is limited. #1 and #1B appear black, and #2 is a golden medium brown while #4 is golden light brown. Need something between #1B and #2 that has some red under tones. Yes I could color it but that degrades the quality of the hair faster.

Bought this gun with the hair extensions. Easy to clip the hair in the gun, takes a little practice. Place the extensions in the hair ......... impossible. Only some will attach, some fall off, some break. Was able to get about 15 in in the first 30 min. The right side of the head. The left side ( if you are applying them to yourself) cant be done. The gun needs to be placed certain way, you cant reach back and press the gun the right way. Returned.
